The Runner/Sport Insole has the classic 2 mm Dual 1 Density with a Spenco Blue top cover. The dual-density EVA construction with a firmer outer perimeter is as comfortable as it is durable and shock absorbent. Additionally, the Spenco Blue Cover is shock-absorbing with a low shear. This cover is most popular for atheletic wear, but can be used in all shoes.
