I've had these for about 6 weeks. I have plantar fasciatus, and have some custom (expensive) inserts that I keep inside one pair of shoes. I put these insoles into my slippers, and now I can wear them without foot pain. I love them, might be as good as my $100 inserts. ONLY problem - I ordered smallest size, but were huge for my woman's size 6 shoe. cut them down, and seem to work well.

I have only had these for a week and I love them. I am getting 2 more pair for my hiking boots and my old tennis shoes (for yard work). They were recommended by a salesman at a store where I recently bought a pair of asics running shoes because of my plantar fasciitis. I am so impressed, I highly recommend them!

I've used these insoles for more than a year in all my shoes, and they really help me. They provide just enough support at a great price. I get many pairs so I can keep some in each pair of shoes.
